These Terms of Service govern the use of the DUFLAUR website and the purchase of products and services through our offers.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. A contract is formed only upon our explicit acceptance.

We reserve the right to reject orders in justified cases, for example due to availability issues or incomplete information.

Prices valid at the time of ordering apply. Unless otherwise stated, shipping, customs, or import fees may apply additionally.

You are required to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delays by shipping providers or authorities cannot be ruled out.

Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping provider, to the extent permitted by law.

Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Any further liability exists only to the extent legally permitted.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded where legally permissible, except in cases of personal injury or mandatory liability.

All content, trademarks, designs, and other rights in our services remain with DUFLAUR or the respective rights holders.

Any use beyond intended private use requires our prior written consent.

Use of our services for unlawful purposes, deception, abuse, security attacks, or rights violations is prohibited.

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

To the extent permitted by law, venue is Innsbruck, Austria. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
